For authorized equipment on an accepted claim, we bill the carrier directly. We'll let everyone know before delivery if anything isn't covered.
Can you deliver before authorization is final?
We start working the referral right away and deliver as soon as authorization is confirmed. For urgent post-surgical needs, call us and we'll work with the adjuster to move quickly.
What documentation do you provide?
An itemized invoice with HCPCS codes, a signed delivery ticket and proof of delivery. Rental orders include start and pick-up dates.
Do you ship workers' comp equipment out of state?
Yes. We ship workers' comp orders to injured workers in all 50 states, with tracking and proof of delivery for the claim file. In Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach we also hand-deliver and fit equipment. Larger items like hospital beds outside South Florida are arranged case by case.
