What to expect

Prescription & notes

Insurance usually requires a prescription and recent medical records showing why the equipment is needed. We request these from the doctor for you.

Rental or purchase

Some items, like hospital beds and patient lifts, are typically covered as monthly rentals. Others, like walkers and commodes, are purchased.

Your share

Deductibles, copays or coinsurance may apply depending on your plan. We'll tell you exactly what you owe before delivery, with no surprises.
