Common questions
Do I need a prescription?
For insurance to cover equipment, yes. Medicare, Medicaid and most plans require a prescription and supporting notes from the treating provider. If you don't have one yet, we can request it from your doctor. Many items can also be purchased without a prescription.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery is available for urgent needs such as hospital discharges. Most other orders are delivered the next business day once coverage is verified.
Do you accept workers' compensation?
Yes. We work with carriers, TPAs, adjusters and nurse case managers, bill the carrier directly for authorized equipment, and ship workers' comp orders anywhere in the United States. Learn more
Can I rent equipment instead of buying it?
Many items, including hospital beds, wheelchairs, patient lifts and knee scooters, are available to rent. Insurance often covers equipment as a monthly rental. We'll explain your options when we verify coverage.
